Overview: We’re looking for a thoughtful, people-driven Client & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role sits at the center of what we do: understanding the rhythm of our clients, recognizing the potential in candidates, and creating matches that make sense for both.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow relationships with companies and decision-makers.

  • Understand hiring needs and turn them into clear, compelling job briefs.

  • Proactively source, engage, and interview tech candidates.

  • Own and manage the candidate pipeline to ensure timely delivery.

  • Match the right talent with the right opportunities.

  • Manage the full journey for both clients and candidates, from first contact to successful placement.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging with recruitment and business development goals.

  • Contribute ideas to improve our processes, tools, and overall candidate/client experience.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • IT staffing experience is required.

  • IT background is a big plus.

  • Experience managing a talent pipeline and end-to-end recruitment.

  • Business development-oriented mindset with an understanding of marketing alignment.

  • Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with candidates and senior stakeholders.

  • Self-starter attitude, organized, and outcome-focused.

  • Curious mindset with genuine interest in technology and people.

  • Proficient in English.
