Senior Manager / Partner – Data & AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Data & AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with client strategy, strong stakeholder engagement, and high-quality execution across data platforms, governance, and analytics.

• Leverage your industry network to identify and engage with potential clients and strategic accounts.

• Lead high-value client engagements and act as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders.

• Support sales, delivery, and marketing teams with industry insight and client-specific strategies.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships that drive repeat business and trust.

• Actively contribute to shaping the firm’s vision, service portfolio, and market position.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in a leading consulting firm or advisory role, preferably in Data & AI / Digital / Technology transformation.

• Strong industry expertise in one or more sectors: manufacturing, financial services, insurance, retail, pharma, or life sciences.

• Established professional network within Switzerland, with proven ability to leverage relationships to drive business opportunities.

• Proven ability to generate new business, develop C-level relationships, and grow key accounts.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects or transformation programs in Data & AI.

• Experience in consulting or service delivery environment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to take on a strategic leadership role or partnership.

• Fluent in English and German.
