    Overview:

    As Sales Support professional you will play a role in enabling the sales and marketing teams by researching target customers, maintaining accurate CRM data, and preparing high-quality insights and materials that strengthen sales outreach and client engagement.

    Workload: Part-time (up to 50%)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify potential customers within defined target segments, industries, and geographic markets

    • Research individuals across key departments to map decision-makers and influencers

    • Import, structure, and prepare contact data in the CRM for marketing automation and outreach campaigns

    • Prepare concise client briefings to support effective sales approach and account planning

    • Maintain and curate CRM data, ensuring accuracy of job titles, company information, and organizational changes

    • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials

    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop role-based messaging and tailored communication

    Job requirements

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented

    • Comfortable working with CRM systems and data

    • Strong research and analytical skills

    • Clear written communication skills

    • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

    • Proficient in English
