Senior Data Governance & MDM Specialist (Multiple Roles Available)

Position Overview: We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join a key data management project, focusing on Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and System Integration. We have three distinct roles available: MDM/Profisee Architect, Senior Data Governance Manager, and Senior Business Analyst (MDM, ERP, CRM Integration). These roles will work together as part of a cross-functional team to ensure successful implementation of MDM solutions, data governance practices, and seamless integration between MDM, ERP, and CRM systems.

Roles Available:

1. MDM/Profisee Architect:

   • Lead the design, development, and architecture of Profisee MDM solutions.

   • Work closely with business and technical teams to integrate MDM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

   • Oversee the optimization and troubleshooting of MDM workflows for data consistency and performance.

2. Senior Data Governance Manager:

   • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.

   • Lead data governance councils and maintain a centralized data catalog for easy access to data assets.

   • Ensure the organization’s data governance framework aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

3. Senior Business Analyst (MDM, ERP, CRM Integration):

   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for MDM, ERP, and CRM integration.

   • Document business processes and map out data flows to ensure smooth integration across systems.

   • Support the management of integration projects, from requirement gathering through to post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities (Across Roles):

• MDM Solutions: Design, develop, and implement Profisee MDM systems, ensuring integration with ERP, CRM, and other data platforms.

• Data Governance: Establish and enforce policies around data quality, privacy, security, and governance.

• Business Analysis: Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, focusing on MDM, ERP, and CRM integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data governance, MDM, and system integration requirements are met.

• Contribute to the successful execution of the project by ensuring the alignment of business goals, data strategy, and system architecture.

Requirements for All Roles:

• Strong experience in data governance, MDM, ERP, and CRM systems (Profisee MDM experience preferred).

• Knowledge of integration tools and data management platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Collibra, Alation).

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex data and system integration projects.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to adapt and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
