IT Governance / Enterprise Architect

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced IT Governance / Enterprise Architect to support a major transformation initiative. The role focuses on designing and implementing a modern governance framework for a large-scale IT organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, compliance requirements, and digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a COBIT-compliant governance model for enterprise IT.

• Conduct analysis of current strategies, processes, and organizational structures.

• Define and clarify roles, responsibilities, and processes across stakeholders.

• Establish KPIs, steering mechanisms, and compliance monitoring systems (data protection, information security, IT standards).

• Develop a roadmap including measures, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.

• Prepare and deliver key documentation and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

• Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation, cloud adoption, and IT modernization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT governance and enterprise architecture, with strong knowledge of COBIT 2019.

• Demonstrated success in strategy development and governance for IT service providers.

• Extensive experience in public administration or large-scale organizational environments.

• Strong background in digitalization and cloud technologies.

• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and align governance with overarching strategic goals.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Methodologies & Standards

• Mandatory: COBIT 2019.

• Optional/advantageous: TOGAF, ITIL, HERMES, ISO 27001.
